As AR technology improved, so did the complexity of Instagram’s creative tools and AR effects. To address this, I coll aborated with motion designers, visual designers and researchers to create custom instructional animations. The outcome was a library of animated instructions and a framework that significantly enhanced the user experience.

Developing a branded language for our NUX design and animation will go a long way towards unifying the AR experiences across our app.
